Process of contracting
We will listen carefully to the client's image, concept, budget, timescale and other requirements and propose a store design that meets their needs. Even in cases where the property has not yet been decided upon or there is not enough time in the schedule, we can make quick and flexible suggestions from a variety of angles.

- Type of business
- Location/Address
- Required opening date (property contract status)
- Your budget
- Preferred contractor (if any)
- Availability to enter the competition
APPOINTMENT
In the presence of the designer and our partner builder, we will inspect the property & discuss the design details you require.
*We will arrange the keys to the property and prepare the necessary documents for the design, such as floor plans.
Design Book
We create a design concept, do a two dimensional design and propose a design that includes a highlight design we call the WOW FACTOR.
Rough Estimate
We will provide you with a design fee estimate based on the contents of the design book and a rough estimate from our partner construction company.
Agreement
An electronic contract is signed by both parties and we begin the design process.
