M2 is the result of a miraculous collaboration between a Japanese chef who has served as head chef at world-renowned five-star hotels and Matsuyoshi Matsuzaka beef, a brand known as the best Japanese beef in Japan. Akiba's spatial design of M2 is modern and simple, yet offers the ultimate taste and pleasure of ZEN, and is probably one of the reasons why this legendary restaurant is still talked about today.
