Hitori Shabu Shabu MATSUGORO proposes a new style of shabu shabu dining: shabu shabu is meant to be shared with others, but "MATSUGORO" is for one person only. Based on this groundbreaking concept, the restaurant's interior is boldly designed with counters arranged in a circular pattern around the kitchen, where the menu is served to each individual in front of them.
